In the app: long-press a snap or message and tap Report, or open a friend's profile and tap the ⋯ menu → Report user. You can also email support@flickmeapp.com with the username, a description, and a screenshot if you have one.
Open the friend's profile and tap Block. They'll be removed from your friends list, can no longer contact you, and your existing chat will be hidden. You can unblock from Profile → Settings → Blocked users.
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. Your account, snaps, chat messages, and friendships will be deleted within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing support@flickmeapp.com.
Most failed sends are caused by a weak network connection. Try again on Wi-Fi. If it keeps failing, force-quit the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, email support@flickmeapp.com with your username and roughly when you tried to send.
Tap Forgot password on the login screen. We'll send a reset code to the email associated with your account. If you didn't add an email or you no longer have access to it, email support@flickmeapp.com from any address and include your username.
Snaps are designed to be ephemeral on our servers, but we cannot prevent the recipient from screenshotting, screen-recording, or photographing your snap with another device. Don't send anything you wouldn't want preserved.
Privacy questions, data access/deletion requests, DMCA takedowns, and law-enforcement inquiries should all go to support@flickmeapp.com.
